The DIF is addressed by the LDA port number, which is done by the Labview. Each DIF is then assigned an unique DIF-ID, which is later on part of the data packet and merged together with the chip-ID. Bits 15-8: DIF-ID, bits 7-0:Chipid.
The ChipID is defined by 8 bits in the slowcontrol. Historically chips are addressed from 1, which should be changed for the May testbeam to addressing from 0. TODO: map of 2x2 HBU
